<h4>ABSTRACT</h4> An aspergilloma is a fungus ball caused by chronic infection of Aspergillus species in a pre- existing cavity, such as a destroyed lung or the sinuses. Patients with pulmonary aspergilloma are at risk of sudden life-threatening hemoptysis.
