Blossom blight in strawberry (Fragaria × ananassa Duch.) was first detected in high tunnel covered field plantings of cultivar Monterey imported from Chile. This detection occurred in the municipality of Barra da Estiva, Bahia, Brazil, during the months of January and February 2018.
