Superbug crisis has rocked this world with million deaths due to failure of potent antibiotics. Thousands mdr genes with hundreds of mutant isomers are generated. Small integrons and R-plasmids have combined with F’-plasmids creating a space for >10-20 of mdr genes that inactivate antibiotics in different mechanisms.
