<title>Abstract</title> <p>Primary effusion lymphoma (PEL) is a rare and aggressive non-Hodgkin lymphoma that primarily involves body cavities and is characterized by human herpes virus-8 (HHV-8) positivity and the presence of immunoblastic, plasmablastic or anaplastic cells.
