<h4>ABSTRACT</h4> Cystic fibrosis (CF) is caused by mutations in the cystic fibrosis transmembrane conductance regulator ( CFTR ) gene. Although many people with CF (pwCF) are treated using CFTR modulators, some are non-responsive due to their genotype or other uncharacterized reasons.
