The 16S rDNA, endoglucanase, and hrpB genes were partially sequenced for Asian strains of Ralstonia solanacearum spp. complex, including 31 strains of R. solanacearum and two strains each of the blood disease bacterium (BDB) and Pseudomonas syzygii.
