<h4>Background</h4> PDGRFA -mutant gastrointestinal tumours (GISTs) comprise approximately 10% of GISTs and are mostly gastric. Targeted therapies against these tumours have historically been limited by tyrosine kinase inhibitor (TKI)-resistance.
