<title>Abstract</title> <p>Background: Acute kidney injury (AKI) is a common adverse reaction of platinum drugs in neoadjuvant chemotherapy for breast cancer patients. Approximately 30% of patients receiving cisplatin have acute kidney injury. Carboplatin have less nephrotoxic than cisplatin as the second generation platinum compound.
