As part of a Botrytis gray mold fungicide performance evaluation, 2,304 ripe strawberry fruit (Fragaria × ananassa Duch., cultivar Monterey) were picked from the field at the Cal Poly farm in San Luis Obispo and placed in incubation chambers to determine the amount of decay caused by Botrytis cinerea.
