<title>Abstract</title> <p>Low-grade gliomas (LGGs) is a primary invasive brain tumor that grows slowly but is incurable and eventually develops into high malignant glioma. Novel biomarkers for the tumorigenesis and lifetime of LGG are critically demanded to be investigated.
