<title>Abstract</title> <p>Introduction Emerging evidence suggests a pathogenic role for B cells in idiopathic nephrotic syndrome (INS). Podocyte injury may be mediated by a circulating factor or antibody derived from EBV (Epstein Barr Visus)-infected B cells.
