We generated a chimeric protein that comprises the receptor binding domain (RBD) from Spike (S) and the nucleocapsid (N) antigens (SpiN) from SARS-CoV-2 . Both vaccinated and COVID-19 convalescent individuals presented memory CD4<sup>+</sup> T and CD8<sup>+</sup> T cell responses to SpiN.
