<title>Abstract</title> <p>Sinonasal lymphomas (SL) are rare, accounting for only 1.5% of all non-Hodgkin lymphomas, with the primary paranasal sinus lymphomas (PPSL) being even rarer, representing only 0.17% of all lymphomas.
