The most aggressive primary malignant brain tumor in adults is glioblastoma (GBM), which has poor overall survival (OS). There is a high relapse rate among patients with GBM despite maxi-mally safe surgery, radiation therapy, temozolomide (TMZ), and aggressive treatment.
