The potential of acibenzolar-S-methyl (Benzo thiadiazole-7-carbothioic acid-S-methyl ester, ASM; Bion 50 WG) and of an extract of Hedera helix, to protect M26 apple rootstocks against fire blight was determined under controlled conditions.
