Pectate lyase (PL) and polygalacturonase (PG) enzymes were isolated from the extracellular, periplasmic, and cytoplasmic fractions of Erwinia carotovora subsp. atroseptica strain SR-8 grown on a sodium polypectate minimal salts broth.
