<title>Abstract</title> <p>The research was carried out to study the colour inheritance genetics of the root epidermis, core (phloem) and cortex (xylem), from the parental crosses of the varieties Pusa Meghali (Orange), Pusa Rudhira (Red) and Pusa Kulfi (Yellow).
