Acute Hepatopancreatic Necrosis Disease (AHPND) is a globally serious threat, especially for Vietnam shrimp culture. This disease is caused by toxin-carrying bacteria Vibrio parahaemolyticus which plasmid encodes binary toxins ToxA and ToxB.
