Cellular reactivity to Der p 2, a major allergen of the house dust mite (HDM) Dermatophagoides pteronyssinus, was studied in a group of 41 symptomatic HDM sensitive patients, using fresh peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC) and assays of proliferation.
