NUP214::ABL1 generates a fusion protein with constitutively activated tyrosine kinase activity and is present in rare T-lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL), B-ALL, and in rare cases of myelodysplastic neoplasm/acute myeloid leukemia (MDS/AML).
