Chromophobe thyroid carcinoma (CTC) is a rare thyroid carcinoma with distinct morphology, often occurring in patients with tuberous sclerosis complex (TSC). The molecular drivers remain poorly understood. We report two additional CTC cases and review the literature including genetic query.
