INTRODUCTION: We examined whether early neuropsychiatric symptom (NPS) patterns were associated with cognitive and neuropathologic changes. METHODS: Latent class analysis within 20,599 cognitively unimpaired older adults in the National Alzheimer's Coordinating Center dataset identified NPS phenotypes.
