BCR::ABL1 oncofusion protein drives Philadelphia-chromosome positive acute lymphoblastic leukemia (Ph+ ALL), making it a critical therapeutic target. Tyrosine kinase inhibitors (TKIs) targeting BCR::ABL1 have revolutionized the treatment of Ph+ ALL patients.
