Targeted therapy for NRAS-mutant melanoma remains an unmet clinical need. We found that inhibiting USP7 with the selective ubiquitin-specific protease 7 inhibitor (USP7i) FT671 inhibited cell proliferation in NRAS-mutant melanoma cell lines.
