Data on the effects of Roux-en-Y gastric bypass (RYGB) surgery on lansoprazole pharmacokinetics in morbidly obese patients are limited. This study aimed to evaluate the impact of RYGB surgery on the pharmacokinetic profile of lansoprazole in Thai morbidly obese patients.
