Mitochondria-targeting drugs (mitocans) based on organic cations are emerging as powerful and selective cancer therapeutics. In this study, we have evaluated a novel series of oleanolic acid-derived mitocans, revealing nanomolar-range antiproliferative effects against human solid tumor cells.
