Ubiquitination was considered to be a crucial factor in intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma (iCCA) development. Herein, we identified Ubiquitin-specific peptidase 8 (USP8) as a key regulator for promoting the tumorigenesis of iCCA cell via stabilizing OGT.
