Tovorafenib (OJEMDA™) is a once-weekly oral, selective, brain-penetrant, type II RAF kinase inhibitor being developed by Day One Biopharmaceuticals, Inc., under a license from Takeda Oncology, for the treatment of paediatric low-grade glioma (pLGG) and solid tumours.
