Neurotrophic receptor tyrosine kinases (NTRKs) belong to the receptor tyrosine kinase (RTK) family. NTRKs are responsible for the activation of multiple downstream signaling pathways that regulate cell growth, proliferation, differentiation, and apoptosis.
