Rare NTRK-driven malignant neoplasms can be effectively inhibited by anti-TRK agents. The discovery of NTRK1/2/3-rich tumors in papillary thyroid cancer (PTC) patients is a precondition for the rapid identification of NTRK fusion tumors.
