Ripretinib (Qinlock®) is a small molecule inhibitor of the receptor tyrosine kinases KIT and platelet-derived growth factor receptor α (PDGFRA) and is approved for the treatment of gastrointestinal stromal tumours as a fourth-line of therapy.
