OBJECTIVES: Transforming growth factor β1 (TGF-β1), an essential cytokine belongs to TGF-β superfamily, is crucial for female fertility. Increasing evidence show that long noncoding RNAs (lncRNAs) influence the state of granulosa cells (GCs).
