Abstract CRISPR technologies have advanced cancer modelling in mice, but CRISPR activation (CRISPRa) methods have not been exploited in this context. We establish a CRISPRa mouse ( dCas9a-SAM KI ) for inducing gene expression in vivo and in vitro.
