Abstract excerpt
The injection of streptolysin-0 into the cultures of human fibroblasts (HF) reliably increased the number of cells with cytogenetic aberrations. The injection of non-immune autologous T-lymphocytes decreased the number of aneuploid HF to the intact state. Homologous lymphocytes, in contrast to autologous T-lymphocytes, had no effect on the level of cytogenetic damaged cells.
