Desmoid tumors (aggressive fibromatosis) are soft tissue mesenchymal tumors that can be locally invasive and life-threatening. Depending on the location, these tumors are often unresectable or tend to recur after surgery. To date, there are no approved systemic therapies for desmoid tumors.
