AIMS: Mutation type, location, dominant-negative IKs reduction, and possibly loss of cyclic adenosine monophosphate (cAMP)-dependent IKs stimulation via protein kinase A (PKA) influence the clinical severity of long QT syndrome type 1 (LQT1).
