OBJECTIVE: To analyze the prognostic factors of AML children with CBFβ/MYH11 positive. METHODS: Twenty-eight children with CBFβ/MYH11 positive treated in our hospital from May 2012 to June 2018 were selected, the clinical data and curative were analyzed and evaluated.
