We prospectively evaluated the utility of ESR1 and PIK3CA mutation analysis with cell-free DNA (cfDNA) using droplet digital PCR (ddPCR) for the efficacy of endocrine therapy (ET) in hormone receptive positive (HR+) metastatic breast cancer (MBC) patients.
