PURPOSE: We aimed to identify pathogenic variants in two infertile sisters in a family with a thin zona pellucida (ZP) phenotype. METHODS: Whole-exome sequencing was performed in the two affected sisters, and Sanger sequencing was used to confirm the identified variants.
