Background: Anaplastic thyroid carcinoma (ATC) is an aggressive thyroid cancer that requires a rapid diagnosis and treatment to achieve disease control. Gene mutation profiling of circulating cell-free DNA (cfDNA) in peripheral blood may help to facilitate early diagnosis and treatment selection.
