Hereditary motor sensory neuropathy (HMSN/ACC) with agenesis of the corpus callosum (ACC) has been documented in the French-derived populations of Charlevoix and Saguenay/Lac St. Jean in Quebec, Canada, as well as a few sporadic families throughout the world.
