Familial Mediterranean fever (FMF) is a hereditary autoinflammatory disorder accompanied by periodic fever and sterile serositis. We report a 5-year-old boy with FMF, who underwent second unrelated cord blood transplantation (CBT) for recurrent familial hemophagocytic lymphohistiocytosis.
