Tumor mutation burden (TMB) is an emerging biomarker of immunotherapy response. RNA sequencing in FFPE tissue samples was used for determining TMB in microsatellite-stable (MSS) and microsatellite instability-high (MSI-H) tumors in patients with colorectal or endometrial cancer.
