Diffuse leptomeningeal glioneuronal tumours (DLGNT) are rare primary CNS tumours, traditionally characterised by leptomeningeal growth and usually affecting children. A recent large study defined DLGNT on a molecular basis, of which all demonstrated 1p deletions.
