Adenosine deaminase 2 deficiency (DADA2) is an autoinflammatory disease characterized by inflammatory vasculopathy, early strokes associated often with hypogammaglobulinemia. Pure red cell aplasia, thrombocytopenia, and neutropenia have been reported.
