Mesenchymal-epithelial transition factor (MET) gene is an important tumor driver gene of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Drugs targeting MET 14 exon skipping mutation bring new hope to patients. MET inhibitors that are currently on the market or are about to be marketed include: crizotinib, cabozantinib, savolitinib and tepotinib.
