"X-linked immunodeficiency with magnesium defect, Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) infection, and neoplasia" (XMEN) disease is an inborn error of glycosylation and immunity caused by loss of function mutations in the magnesium transporter 1 (MAGT1) gene.
