The results of studies on the relationship between cytokine polymorphisms and polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) have been controversial. This meta-analysis was thus designed to more precisely assess the relationship between TNF-α/IL-1/IL-6/IL-10 polymorphisms and PCOS by pooling the results of published studies.
