This study investigated quinolone nonsusceptible Streptococcus canis with point mutations in quinolone resistance-determining regions (QRDRs). After selecting targets from 185 isolates, we tested antimicrobial susceptibility using levofloxacin, ciprofloxacin, norfloxacin, and moxifloxacin.
