In this study, we identified prognostic biomarkers in ovarian carcinoma by integrating multi-omics DNA copy number variation (CNV) and methylation variation (MET) data. CNV, MET, and messenger RNA (mRNA) expression were examined in 351 ovarian carcinoma patients.
